Intro

ITF Taekwon-Do Horsens practices Taekwon-Do according to the ITF tradition. Training sessions take place in the gym at Langmarkskolen, Nørrebakken 11, in Horsens. The club is affiliated with ITF Danmark.

Age-based groups distinguish between young children, older children, and participants aged twelve and over. There is also a separate group for women and girls aged twelve and over. Technique, self-defense, and sparring are combined with fitness and strength exercises.
