Atmosphere and culture

A volunteer-based association is the foundation of the club. Recreational members not only contribute to the atmosphere around the training sessions, but also help out at competitions and other club activities. There is room for socializing before and after the lessons.

The competition group led by Bo Bøgeskov works with partner exercises, pads, sparring, and explosive strength exercises. Teammates help each other develop, while the preparation is tailored to each individual boxer. New participants can get acquainted with the recreational training sessions through a free trial lesson.
