Krav Maga Union

Krav Maga Union is a Dutch Krav Maga school group with locations in North Holland, Utrecht, Gelderland, and South Holland. The program combines realistic self-defense with fitness, strength, kickboxing, ground techniques, and personal development. For children, KMU offers a step-by-step belt program; juniors follow a structured learning pathway focused on physical and mental resilience, self-control, and self-confidence. Adults can join as beginners or experienced athletes. The school group is led by co-founders and head instructors Kais Malek and Ahmet Sahin.
