Taekwon-Do Nieuwegein

Taekwon-Do Nieuwegein is a martial arts school on Overijsselhaven in Nieuwegein. The school offers age-specific Taekwon-Do and kickboxing programs, competition training, personal training, and realistic self-defense classes based on Taekwon-Do, kickboxing, and the SPEAR System. The training facility has three full-size Taekwon-Do competition areas and equipment for independent fitness and strength training.

Monday: 18.15-19.00 Kickboxing youth up to 13 years; 19.00-20.00 Kickboxing juniors and seniors aged 13 and over
Tuesday: 17.00-17.45 Taekwon-Do Kids aged 4-6; 18.00-18.45 youth aged 7-12; 19.00-20.00 juniors aged 13-17; 20.00-21.00 seniors aged 18 and over
Wednesday: 17.30-18.15 Kickboxing youth up to 13 years; 18.30-19.30 Kickboxing juniors and seniors aged 13 and over
Thursday: 18.00-18.45 Taekwon-Do youth aged 6-12; 19.00-20.30 competition training by invitation
Friday: 17.00-17.45 Taekwon-Do Kids aged 4-6; 18.00-18.45 youth aged 7-12; 19.00-20.00 juniors aged 13-17; 20.00-21.00 seniors aged 18 and over
