Club development and training are an important part of the federation's offering. Clubs can find information about membership, club licenses, insurance, and member registration. Support funds focus, among other things, on grassroots sport and education.

The training structure includes assistant coaches, various coaching levels, and separate pathways for kata, kumite, and referees. The federation also publishes overviews of certified instructors and information about WKF dan grades.
