Krav Maga Global

Krav Maga Global (KMG) is an international organization for krav maga, the Israeli self-defense system. Its headquarters are located in Kadima near Netanya in Israel, with representation in more than sixty countries.

KMG presents itself as the internationally recognized authority in krav maga and as the benchmark for professional training, instructor education, and practical self-defense. The organization thus explicitly positions itself in a market where quality varies considerably.

The structure consists of three layers: national representatives in each country, affiliated training centers and individually certified instructors. Country teams oversee the dissemination of the system and support instructors in their respective areas.

The organization remains true to the original principles and techniques of Imi Sde-Or Lichtenfeld, the founder of krav maga.

His closest assistant for nearly two decades, Eyal Yanilov, further refined the system together with an international team of senior instructors and coaches, and is still actively involved as an instructor at its own instructor gatherings.

The core of the work is the instructor training, including the General Instructor Course, training for children's instructors, mental resilience, tactical courses and close protection.

In addition, there is an ongoing international schedule of courses, seminars, instructor updates and Expert Training Weeks, spread across the countries where the organization is represented, from Europe to North America and Asia.

Through a public directory, representatives, training centers and certified instructors can be looked up by country and location.

The organization’s main website features instructor training courses, the international event calendar, and the e-learning platform KMG University, as well as its own webshop.

Through a public directory at browse.krav-maga.com, national representatives, affiliated training centers, and certified instructors can be searched by country and location.

The organization published the book Combat Mindset Fighting Stress, about performing under alarming and stressful conditions.
