Profile

The story

Teaching at his own gym. Assouik is involved as a coach with various groups within the club. He mainly trains juniors and advanced participants. Outside his international competitions, the training floor remains an important part of his daily work.

The step up to the competition team. Admission to the closed competition team is handled through Assouik. The group prepares for national and international competitions. For juniors, the possibility of moving up to the competition team is discussed with their parents.

Method

Training approach

Personal coaching. Assouik offers both individual sessions and training for two participants. In the personal training program, goals and skill level are used as the starting point, with a focus on Muay Thai technique, strength, and fitness.
