The story

Bendahman built his athletic foundation at Assouik Gym. Years of training led to a Danish championship title and a place on the coaching team. In doing so, he combines his own competition experience with daily coaching at the club where he himself was trained.

In addition to the classes, he offers personal training. This includes individual sessions and training for two participants, with room for Muay Thai technique, strength, and conditioning tailored to the participants' goals.
