Fits true to size. Hayabusa recommends going down half a size for half sizes.

• Take them out of your bag immediately after training.
• Optionally use a deodorizer to help your boxing shoes dry faster and better on the inside.
• Store in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation.
• Optionally use an antibacterial spray.
