King Green (Bobby Ray Green)

King Green, formerly Bobby Ray Green, is an American MMA veteran in the lightweight division. He is known for his Philly Shell, fluid stance switches, and long-standing presence at the highest level of the UFC.

The story

Green turned professional in 2008 and won lightweight and junior welterweight titles at King of the Cage. He also won the Warriors Fighting Championship lightweight tournament and the Total Fight Alliance lightweight title.

He has trained at Pinnacle MMA since 2009. In July 2024, he legally changed his name from Bobby Ray Green to King Green. In the UFC, he developed into an experienced lightweight with multiple Performance of the Night and Fight of the Night bonuses.
