Vejle Taekwondo Club

Vejle Taekwondo Klub is a taekwondo club in Vejle, Southern Denmark. The club offers training for children and adults, as well as separate competition and sparring programs. Thaneks Thananthiran and Belal Dawoud are head instructors. Claus Blaabjerg, Omar Dawoud, and Carl Cai Brink Jakobsen are also part of the coaching staff.

Intro

Taekwondo from youth training to competition training. Vejle Taekwondo Club offers various training pathways within a single dojang. Technical training for young people and adults is offered alongside the competition and sparring program.

Atmosphere and culture

Different groups, one shared club environmentThe instructor team divides its guidance among children, adults, higher-ranked practitioners, and competitive athletes. This gives technical training and sparring training each their own place within the club.

Famous fighters

Technical leadership. Thaneks Thananthiran, fifth dan, is the head instructor and supervises, among others, higher-graded practitioners and adults.

Competition and sparring programme. Belal Dawoud, fourth dan, is the head instructor for the KAMP/UC programme. Omar Dawoud, fourth dan, and Carl Cai Brink Jakobsen, second dan, are also involved in competition coaching.

Youth and adults. Claus Blaabjerg, fifth dan, coaches both beginners in the Dragerne youth group and advanced adults.
