ARJ Gym is a kickboxing gym at BINK36 in The Hague, founded and led by head coach Mike Polanen. The gym offers kickboxing for beginners, advanced athletes, and dedicated sports enthusiasts, as well as separate training sessions for women and children, supervised sparring, personal training, bag training, and heavy-bag workouts. Strength and conditioning training and a motivating morning workout round out the program. With ARJEETJE, ARJ also offers a fun and energetic parent-child training session. Trial participants can borrow boxing gloves and shin guards. The facility has separate changing rooms for women and men, showers, toilets, and up to two hours of free parking on the BINK36 premises.
