The organization

Profile

Pro/Am promotion. Flex Fight Series combines professional and amateur bouts on the same night. Rising talents, regional fighters, and established veterans are given a professional platform in the U.S. East Coast region.

Four disciplines. The focus is on MMA, but the organization also hosts kickboxing, Muay Thai, and submission grappling, including competitions under the All City Grappling banner.

Over the years

History

Founded around 2013–2015. Flex Fight Series built its first events in New York clubs and venues. The promotion emerged during a period when professional MMA was still subject to strict regulations in New York State. After the ban was lifted in 2016, local professional MMA organizations had more room to operate.

A platform for the East Coast. Flex Fights was established to give fighters a safe way to gain experience, make a name for themselves, and develop toward larger organizations. The promotion has now organized more than 60 events.

Submission grappling. These matches focus on wrestling, jiu-jitsu, joint locks, and chokes. All City Grappling is an important initiative within the broader Flex Fights platform.
