What is Jeet Kune Do?

Jeet Kune Do (JKD, 截拳道) is the martial philosophy and training approach that Bruce Lee developed in the 1960s. The name is usually translated as “the way of the intercepting fist”.

Recurring themes include adaptability, directness, efficiency, and avoiding unnecessary adherence to fixed forms.
