Rigters combined his exceptional height and reach with technical boxing, powerful right hands, and explosive kicking attacks. He became a mainstay at the top of European heavyweight kickboxing and seriously challenged Rico Verhoeven several times in title and Grand Prix fights.

In 2026, Rigters began a new chapter with Levels Fight League. His MMA debut against Luis Carlos de Brito at LFL24 is the first step toward his stated ambition of eventually reaching the UFC.
