From travel logistics to boxing promotion. As a teenager, Bettina helped her father with practical matters, including arranging travel to Denmark for foreign boxers. She trained in the travel industry and worked for Pan Am, Iberia, and Varig. Living in England and Spain, along with her language skills, provided a foundation for later contacts with international promoters and boxing organizations.
A professional position of her own. In 1992, she formally began working in Mogens Palle's promotional company. Six years later, she obtained her own manager's and promoter's licenses and signed, among others, Sengul Ocokcu and Mikkel Kessler. In October 1999, she organized her first independent event, at which Johnny Bredahl defended his European bantamweight title against Paul Lloyd.
Women's boxing on the program. In 1995, Bettina and Mogens Palle presented the title fight between Helga Risøy and Diana Dutra at Cirkusbygningen in Copenhagen. Later women's bouts were also part of their programs. They subsequently worked with Scandinavian boxers such as Sengul Ocokcu, Frida Wallberg, and Anita Christensen.
Negotiations surrounding international bouts. Bettina played a role in the negotiations and organization surrounding Mike Tyson versus Brian Nielsen in 2001. In 2002, she traveled to Venezuela for negotiations over Johnny Bredahl's WBA title fight against Eidy Moya. She was also involved in the bout between Joe Calzaghe and Mikkel Kessler in Cardiff in 2007.
Danish Fight Night and continuing on. Mogens Palle and Brian Nielsen started Danish Fight Night in 2015, with Bettina's support. After Mogens' death in August 2022, she continued the company. Her first event without her father followed in 2023, with Sarah Mahfoud in the main event. Dina Thorslund's title defenses were also part of the later events she organized.
